THE ENERGETIC STUDIO

Designing a new office for a Hong Kong based event company - INCUBASE Studio presented a unique challenge—they came to the table with a well-defined brand identity and clear preferences. Through close collaboration and open dialogue, we arrived at a solution that celebrated their existing vision: their three signature energetic colors were woven into three meeting rooms of varying proportions. This bold approach infused the entire office with a playful, spirited character—transforming the workspace into a place that inspires creativity, boosts morale, and makes every workday feel a little more vibrant.

The Team Bonding

Building upon the energetic brand identity, we sought to create a shared space that would bring the team together. A custom staircase seating area was designed in the office's common zone, serving as a versatile hub for informal meetings, casual chats, and collaborative activities—fostering a stronger sense of team spirit. The material palette combines warm light wood with the three signature brand colors, which are playfully repeated across the bookshelves. To enhance the sensory experience, we integrated planters into the backrest of the seating, introducing natural greenery that softens the environment and elevates the overall comfort of the workspace.
